11D Exchange - Access Denied

Just installed 11D trial. I have agent installed on exchange box, and selected Exchange add-in during install. In my backup job, I selected the System State and Microsoft Information Store. When the job runs, I get the following error:

Backup - ExchangeHost
V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.
Access denied to directory.
Access is denied to Remote Agent. Check the login account for the specified device.

When I test Resource Credentials for my exchange box, it's says "Successful - used server credentials"

The account I am using has full access to the exchange box, as well as everything in ESM.

I have also set "Information to include in log" to "Summary information, directories, files, and file details" but the error is still vague as far as what directory is being denied access.

Also, I don't have any mailboxes that are disabled or any AD account disabled.

Any ideas?

Make that does the backup exec account have a mailbox.
