Hi

I wonder if i can install 11D on a sbs2003 r2 server with Sql 2005.

I know 10D did not support Sql 2005.

Hi Daniel,

Yes, you can install Backup Exec 11d Small Business Server (Premium) edition on SBS 2003 with SQL 2005. There are two flavors of BE 11d SBS, Standard and Premium (has SQL agent) and both have special price (lower then regular BE 11d).

you can not install be10d media server on SQL 2005, but you can use be10d to protect SQL 2005 after install the corresponding hotfix.
