11d installation is not supported by this processor type W2k Svr SP4

I have 10.1 and I'm upgrading to 11d. I've downloaded the files and run browser.exe and get the message...

"This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor.

D:\veritas 11d\WINNT\INSTALL\BE\setup.exe"

Ideas?

Did you by chance download the 64-bit version and are trying to install on a 32-bit machine?
