Have anyone seen a document with a step by step description of how to install oracle agent in a Microsoft Windows 2003 Cluster.

I've not used the Oracle agent at all, but the usual method of backing up a database on a cluster is to install the remote agent on each of the cluster nodes.
Then when you browse the selection list, you should see the virtual server name, and the database (and its shared disks) underneath it.
