11d restore "connection with server failed" when attempting to browse

When attempting to browse the restore catalog, on the restore screen, it simple says "connection with server failed. Press F5 to retry". Pressing F5 doesn't change anything.
 
All my backups complete and verify successfully.
 
I had other problems caused by changing my certificate on the server. I removed the self-signed certificate on the server, and added a new self-signed one. I had other certificate related problems with BE 11d, including the DLO device service being unable to start. I had to assign the new certificate in SQL SErver Management Studio. After that, everythings been fine with the backup. Today, I just wanted to browse the restore catalog, and found that I couldn't I'd imagine it's because of the certificate.
 
Anyone have any idea on this?
