2010 R3: DeDupe queue

I've got lots of queue files in \BackupExecDeduplicationStorageFolder\queue that just wont go away.
It has previously worked well when Backup Exex automatically processed all these files. But all of a sudden it has stopped working.

There's currently 2264 files in the queue directory with no active jobs. All BE Services are started, including PostgreSQL.

Backup Exec 2010 R3 revision 5204 Hotfix 159961 is installed.

To force the deduplication folder to process its queue, open a command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd) and use the following commands on the media server where the deduplication folder is located.
 

Default Installation Directory: C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec

cd "\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec"

crcontrol --processqueue
crcontrol --processqueueinfo
