64 bit agent

I'm trying to install the 64 bit agent (Version 10.1 Rev 5629 SP1) to a Windows 2003 Standard 64 bit system (Intel XEON 3.00 ghz).

I've mapped a drive the backup server and ran the setupaa64.cmd. I have also copied the RANT64 agent to the target 64 bit system

I receieve the error "it's valid, but is for a machine type other than the current machine"

Help Please !

The processor is a XEON Paxville. Not a straight Xeon.
