9.1 Install fails at MSDE

I can not install veritas 9.1
It fails while installing the MSDE portion
Logs aren't very informative.. (both the veritas log , and the MSDE log)
The server IS a domain controller


Is this really my only support option?Message was edited by:

Can you find the keyword 'fail' or 'error' within either of the logs (not including the error directories and files)?

If not post the contents of your bkupinst.log.

I ran into some MSDE install issues while installing BE9.1. In order to correct, I had to remove MSDE from my system, and attempt an isolated install of just MSDE. The msde error logs were able to suggest a registry/file change for the sqlsrv32.dll, and a second error suggested (since my system was using certificates) that I updated the registry by adding certificate=0.
