I receive the foloowing error, during backup of the Shadow?Copy?Components:

The Advanced Open File Option is not marked as active and is not licensed.
I reviewed already document http://support.veritas.com/docs/275397, but AOFO is not enabled and will not be licensed.
Can anyone help me ?
