AD Agent Installation fails

I am unable to push the BE agent to my Domain controllers. If I do a manual install, it's okay.

 

I also get a error when backing up AD via System State on the DC's. I'm using a NetApp FAS2020 as a B2D target. I get the following in the job log:

"Unable to complete the operation for the selected resource using the specified options for the following reason: VFF Open Failure.  This can be caused by low memory or disk resources."

Any ideas??

What is the file system on the NetApp device?  Is if Fat32, NTFS, or something else?

The Netapp is configured for CIFS, so NTFS. The B2D is configured as \\filername\folder.
