Hi

How can I get around this problem ?
Any help is much appreciated.

It has been 2 months since I got Veritas and so far, I have only 1 successful backup last week.

Hello,

'ALTER TABLESPACE DATA01 BEGIN BACKUP' failed. Oracle status=1146

This means that Oracle is already performing a backup of the database

-- The tablespace is in a backup mode
-- Run the following command

ALTER TABLESPACE DATA01 END BACKUP

-- clear backup status of Oracle database
