AOFO installation license on Backup exec 10 build 5520

Hello
I'm having problem installing Backup exec for windows servers with AOFO enabled on Windows 2000 server. Evalulation version install went just fine, and then , when I'm trying to enter license numbers for Backup exec and AOFO - the AOFO option is grayed out and has big red X on it.
All serial numbers are accepted by install program, so I assume they are right. Can anyone help?
