AOFO snapsot

Sometimes during a backup, a customer of ours noices that the snapshot cache file is not deleted, therefore taking up valuable disk space.
What would stop the snapshot file being deleted and would it get overwritten the next time the backup runs, and then subsequently being deleted upon completion of that backup routine.

This is a known issue/ You can try stopping the Backup Exec services and deleting the cache file manually. If that doesn't work then check out the links below:
