ASP.NET Event 1309 recurring

Hello,

Please, need support. I have a Symantec BE 2010 R3 installed on the server. It seems to be working good. But sometimes, when any operation started, I get event in Windows Event Log for every 2 seconds:

If I restart SBE services - the events stopping to appear.

Unfortunately, re-installing of NET Framework didnt help.

Btw, if it will help, I use Windows 2008 R2 ...
