Hello everybody.

I have this situation, I am trying to backup up an Oracle Database to a local disk of support server, but the job stays in queque state and just write 2 files (Changer.cfg and Folder.cfg) nothing else.

So Do I have to present to my support Server a raw device mapping???

Thanks for helping

Hi,

what happens when you run another kind of backup?

Hi Joao, sorry but I was doing something wrong with that DB, now I can backup up Oracle Database to local disk, no problem with that.

Now the issue is that when I go to restore this backup (which is on local disk), I select backup by Media Locations (the specific media that contein the backup, its name is B2D00005) and this specific backup  appears as disable and when I clic over it , in right panel shows me "no directories to select or something like that".

Thanks again
