I'm using Backup Exec 11d rev 6235
When backing up to tape I keep getting the following error
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0008488 - Access is denied.
Final error category: Security Errors

Backup- D: DataV-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.
Access denied to directory HEARG 001 20020424.RTF.
Access is denied to Remote Agent. Check the login account for the specified device.
The failure notice doesn't always show what directory it has failed on.
If I backup up the same job to an External HDD the job completes 100% successfully.
I've changed the backup acount to use administrator account which has full access to everything on the server. Anybody have any ideas????
