Access Denied connecting to Media Server

Have been using WinXP SP2 to connect to BE 10 for WIndows (running on Win2k, SP4) with Remote Admin Console. After rebooting the server due to a Windows Update, I am getting "Access Denied" when trying to reconnect to media server from XP box. I can connect fine ON the server.

Changed the logon account to Local System for the BE Server service, from a Backup Operator account I had created, and it's working fine now.
