Access Denied error during backup

Help please.
Can't find any info on this error.
Using V10 Rev 5520 of Backup Exec, on Windows Small Business Server 2003, and it has been fine for some time.

Out of the blue, started getting 20 or 30 errors as follows:

Access denied to file Username [useracct] Top of Information StoreSync Issues1Server FailuresFlight Details..
The item
V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.

Please note, there's a bit of info around which refers to Sync Issues, but this is NOT a sync issue - there are other errors which don't refer to Sync folders.

Has this happened to anyone else? What caused it, and how do I fix?

Thanks
Chris.

Thanks, but this doesn't help - I'm not getting 9646 errors in the application log. The only vaguely relevant thing there is a long list of warnings:

"Table was marked as in use while releasing a database session on database "First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (VOTARMELB)". Problem will automatically be fixed.
Table type was tbtMessage, table name was Msg, and transaction level was 0. "

Any further thoughts?
Chris.
