Hello,
we have one physical Windows 10 machine where we have several access denied issues on backup. Especially on some files in the folder C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\. Most files and folders can be backed up, but some can't.
Error message (for example):
Tuesday, September 12, 2023 11:01:17 PM - Access denied to file Program Files\WindowsApps\AppUp.IntelGraphicsExperience_1.100.5180.0_x64__8j3eq9eme6ctt\AppxBlockMap.xml.
The item \\xxxxxxxxxx\C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AppUp.IntelGraphicsExperience_1.100.5180.0_x64__8j3eq9eme6ctt\AppxBlockMap.xml in use - skipped.
Tuesday, September 12, 2023 11:01:17 PM - V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.
Excluding the folder is no option, as this will switch off the recovery via SDR. We've tried already many backup options regarding Snapshot and "Files and Folders", but without success.
Does anyone have an idea what we can do?
