Access denied to file

Final error: 0xe0008488 - Access is denied.
Final error category: Security Errors

I get the above error everytime i do a full backup.
Out of 15 mailboxes only 2 mailboxs are affectted by certain files

Access denied to file (user)FinderUnread Mailhi, ive a new mail address.

i have doubled check the user account has full admin rights.

i have run done a full backup without the mailboxes and it ran successful.

i have also installed service pack 4 hoping this would resolve this issue but it didnt.

I have veritas for windows Server version 10. operating system used is small
business sever 2003.

Does that mean that the Error comes while Full IS Backup?

Check if the User has following Rights:
- Domain Admin rights. This Group should also be set as the Primary Group.
- Exchange Full Admin Rights (From System Manager.)
- The User which you use to Backup, should have a Unique Mailbox and the Mailbox should be Activated.
- Also the account should not be hidden in the GSL

You have mentioned that the error occures only on some mailboxes. Could you elaborate on this please.

Yeah when i do a full back up including mailboxes i the the errors


Currently using symatec antivirus and when i look at the mails the emails look like its either junk, virus infected or the files has been quarntined. would this have any effect?
This is only effecting 2 mailboxes
