Force DLO user Delete

Hello,

We're using Backup exec 10d w/ DLO. We've had a drive fail that was serving as a storage location for DLO. We aren't recovering the drive unless it's determined that we need data off of it. We'd like so simply have eveyone start using a different storage location.

The problems:
1) We can't "move network user data folder" because 'cannot read data'. (makes sense)
2) We can't simply delete the user - error: 'failed to delete the user data folder'

So how do we force a move to a different storage locations?

And an addendum: I can't delete the storage location because of the error "Must move all users who are using this storage location before deleting it." --kg

Are you getting any errors while using "move network user data folder" option?
