Adamm Mover Error: GetDriveInfo Failure

Hola, a ver si me podeis ayudar.

Tengo un Win 2003 Server, con un HP Dat72 con conexión USB.

La mayoría de veces(90%), me sale el siguiente error al hacer la copia de seguridad.

Adamm Mover Error: GetDriveInfo Failure!
Error = ERROR_IO_DEVICE
Drive = "HP 2"

He cambiado el Dat i es nuevo. La copia en cabi parece que la complete correctamente.

Mmm...as far as I can remember Symantec doesn't supply drivers fior USB devices, so updating drivers is out of the question.

HP have HP Library & Tape Tools. You can download it on the link below:

Run the diagnostic tests after stopping the BE services and make sure that there are no errors. If not, change the USB cable and try again...
