Advanced Open File Option problem

I used the Advanced Open File Option Wizard to change the location of the static volume from default (The c drive which is almost out of space) to D:\Backup Exec AOFO Store\

I completed the wizard, however BE still places a "Static volume" on the C drive which kills the server.

When I run through the wizard again, it is still pointing to D:\Backup Exec AOFO Store\

How do I force BE 9.1 to use the D:\ for the static volume?

In the AOFO wizard on the first screen select the correct server under select server.
Change the location to D:\ and then recycle Backup exec services.
Also make the registry change suggested in the following document :

Post the error part of the job log if the job fails.
