After moving Catalogs from C: to D: the Alerts Tab is/stays empty; what do I have to do to see my Alerts again?

Hello,

Were the catalogs successfully moved to the D drive? Ensure that you have followed the steps as mentioned in the following technote:

Title: How to move the catalogs in Backup Exec 9.x and 10.0 for Windows Servers to a different drive
http://support.veritas.com/docs/264680

Moving the catalogs will not affect the alerts as they are related to several occurznces in backup exec. Are you checking the active alerts tab? If so, it will be seen as empty if there are no current active alerts. Check the alerts history tab and you might see the alerts there.

Revert in case you have further queries on this issue.

Note : If we do not receive your reply within two business days, this post would be marked ‘assumed answered’ and would be moved to ‘answered questions’ pool.

Regards.

Yes,

th catalogs were succesfully moved to the D drive
and we see our Alerts again,
but only the ones after we moved the Catalogs.

Apparently the Alerts were erased when we ended the Veritas services...
