Hi BE Master,
There was the error and all server backup fail to run.
Both server running in VM, and the BE running in phsyical Machine.
This case already log to Symantec more then 3 months, this case still unsolve.
It cannot be finish backup ,although we created new plan without policy.
BE Master ,Please advise.

The user used for bcakup need appropriate permissions to do backup. In the VCenter Server you might have done security settings for user accounts, can you assigne the permissions said in the above link or add user to administrators group.
If there is same error please revert.

Some weeks ago, I had one enduser with this error.
I used the Tech66007 and after that, made the follow steps as a troubleshooting:
++ Create a new job without Policy and with a new selection list (yes, a simple backup job)
++ At the selection list, check if have any "wrong entries" at selection list details tab;
++ Create a new job with this specific virtual machine only. (for verify the possibility issue at this VM);
++ Disable IPv6 at media server;
For the error message 0xe0000f02, check your "Local Area Connection 6" network interface, I hope that you have a misconfiguration.
Please, check these steps and keep us aware about the results.
