Hi All,
running v.12 and have installed remote agent on various servers no probs. However, on one VMWare vm server running Windows 2008 x64, I get the error 'An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of <servername>' when trying to add it to selection list. I have another windows 2008x64 machine running agent no probs, so scratching my head.
I can telnet port 1000 and see garbage indicating to me the agent is listening. Credntials seem fine, etc
One odd thing is that if I launch the Bexec Remote agent utility on the vm in question, it runs fine the first time, but if I close it and try to reopen, a get a pause and then error message pops up 'the application window is already open or running in the windows taskbar. Only one copy of the application can be run per user session.'
Have uninstalled/reinstalled, manually installed ...pushed out the agent to this box...no good.
