An error was encountered writing to the on-disk catalogs error

Hi, i got the following error when i do a weekly full back up :

An error was encountered writing to the on-disk catalogs.

But the back up report that the Job completion status is Successful.

Also on the event viewer of back up exec i got the following error:

Catalog server reported dao error: 3197 the microsoft jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time.

Any ideas about this problem?

Hi, i already do procedure of the Document ID: 191613 and unfortunately it does not change anything.

And for document id 192248 its seem to be related to an error when installing back up exec, my back up exec is installed since a long time and this error are logged on windows event viewer in application log.
