Remote Agent with AOFO finishes with error 0xE000851C

Hi,

I am running RANT32 with AOFO installed on a remote Windows Storage Server.
My configuration for AOFO is to let Backup Exec decide which open file technologie to use and to Process logical volumes for backup one at a time.
I also ran the wizard and set different option for the cache device, either automatically or on a fixed device.
My problem is, when backing up files from the C: system partition, these files get properly backed up with VSP (no errors). But when I back up some files from drive S: (on the same server) then I get the 0xE000851C error. I have enough free space on all drives, but it seems that BE could not create the cache files for my backup job on S: (> 2 TB free space on S:)
Any ideas?

Hello,

Kindly refer the following Document:

Snapshot provider error (0xE000851C): Cache files required for the Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP) snapshot could not be created. Check that there is at least 50 MB of free disk space, and review the settings for the snapshot that are reported in the job log. Check the Windows Event Viewer for details

Thank You.
