hi,

Error below and refer to

it mention to resync with target folder. any one can let me know how to do it?

As the document says, if you want to do a re-sync, you should contact Symantec Tech Support.  The procedure is probably quite complicated or drastic and doing it on your own may mean damaging your dedup folder irreparably.

If this is BE 2010 R2 and the shared dedupe folder was removed and re-added, then yes the doc applies.

The sync problem was resolved in BE 2010 R3.

In either case, I strongly urge you to create a support case for this issue.
