B2D folders off-line after WSUS reboot

After Windows Update (WSUS) reboots our BackupExec media server, the Backup-to-disk folders are off-line.  Restarting the BackupExec services puts them back on-line.  This is a problem because the reboot happens late at night and is followed by several backup jobs (which fail because the B2D folders are off-line).

If I manually reboot the server, the B2D folders come up on-line.

The B2D folders are on an Adaptec Snap Server 18000 (linux-based NAS).

I suspect that this is either a timing issue.  Which BackupExec service is responsible for connecting to the B2D folders on the NAS?  Is there something I can add to the DependOnGroup or DependOnService registry entries for that service to ensure that everything necessary to connect to the NAS is up and running before BackupExec starts?

The media server is a Dell Poweredge 2650 running Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2.  BackupExec is 10.1.5629 with service pack 3 and hot fixes 48 and 49.
