Backup Exec 10D，sever 2003,B2D,the  bakcup data size than the original data。 Who can help me to find the solution？

This can happen if you are using compression in your job and your data is already compressed.  When you compress a file which is already compressed like zipped and move files, sound clips, pictures, etc, you can end up with more data than you have started with.  See my article below for an explanation.
