BACKUP FAILED: NOT IN TIME WINDOW

I have full backups scheduled from Monday to Saturday to be run between 8:00pm and 8:59pm. The only documentation on veritas support says that this error is generated when a job is scheduled with a start and no later time of 1 min or less.

Can anyone out there give me some insight on why I am getting this error?

Just for grins try an end time of 9:01

Also, probably won't make any difference, but you can upgrade to v9.1 for free.

SP3 is out but I haven't applied it myuself yet. I have seen that one fellow did NOT apply SP2 first, and now it tells him that he needs to install it, but he can't install because it's already installed, but ...
