BE 10.0 Server on Win2k3 x64

When is this support going to be ready?

We purchased this software under the impression that it would run on Win2k3 x64 edition as a server. The sales page makes no mention of no x64 support. It just says Win2k3 server.

If this is not going to be ready for a while, how can we go about getting a refund on our software purchase for this false advertising.
