BE 10.0 for Windows SBS and Tandberg LTO2

Hi,

i have a problem installing BE 10.0 for SBS
We want to use a TANDBERG 420 LTO2 Streamer for Backup!
Checking Environment means my Tape Drive is not supported for BE!

Do i need an Update for Backup Exec 10.0?
Where can i get it from?

we suggest you to refer the compatibility of your device using following link:

If the device is compatible, you can use the latest Veritas device drivers.
Refer the following link:
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/275676.htm

If the device is not compatible thne use the OEM (Orriginal equipement manufacturers drivers)
