the new VXA technology

I was wondering if anyone has heard of the new VXA tape technology, and if so, does anyone know if Veritas Backup software recognizes the technology? I have looked but haven't found anythhing yet.

Please check whether the device used by you is listed as "tested" in the Hardware Compatibility List for Backup Exec 9.1
