BE 10.1 and RALUS

Hello All

since I have installed RALUS Agent on Redhat Linux Enterprise Server 4
i get the following error message back

"Backup- \\server.domain.local\ An inconsistency was encountered on the storage media in HP 2.
V-79-57344-33994 - The data being read from the media is inconsistent "

I can not founf any Hardware errors on the tape or the tape drive.

If i remove the Linux server from backup, it works fine and normal without errors or inconsistency.
But it I add the server to the backup, i had the same problem as before.

I use BE 10.d 5629 and alos the coresponing RALUS Agent 5629

Any idea?

Hi,

Does this error always occur only on some particular directories (e.g directories with characters in the name)?

Are there any other errors in job log? Does the backup to disk backup run successful?
