BE 10 Alerts no longer work after Office 2003 SP2 installed

I am running BE10 and use MAPI for the alerts. This utilizes Outlook 2003 that is installed on that server. This has been working fine since March, but last week I installed Office 2003 Service Pack 2 and now the alerts will not work.

Does anyone know if SP2 made a security modification to prevent emails from outside sources from working? Is there a known fix for this?

Hi,

Are you getting any errors/alerts in Backup Exec?

Check in event logs for related errors!
