BE 10 + Sharepoint Portal Server 2001 backup issues.

Hello,

we have system with Windows 2000 Server std + Sharepoint Portal Server 2001 and Backup Exec 10 with sps agent. Problem is that we are unable to get successful backup. BE job log gives following error:
Resource name : \\XXXXX\Microsoft SharePoint Portal Workspaces\Intra
Logon account : System Logon Account
Error : e000031d - The restore failed because the document already exists and is published, checked in, or checked out to a user whose
credentials differ from the logon account credentials used for the restore job.

Agent used : Yes
Advanced Open File Option used : No
Image used : No

With BE 9.1 the backup was successful, though completed with exceptions (few files were skipped for being in use).

Can't find any information regarding this message, anybody with knowledge about this?

Hello,

Please try the sollowing steps.
1) On the SPPS server, create three files with different status (check in, check out and released).
2) Register the three files to SPPS document library.
3) From Backup Exec, select the files from the work-space and backup as individual files.
4) Restore the three files to the work-space.
