BE 11D 7170 w/ SP5 - BE Server Service Terminated Unexpectedly

The Backup Exec Server service terminatd unexpectedly. It has done this 8 time(s). Source is Servie Control Manager and the Event ID is 7034. We are unable to complete and have a successful backup. This started happening months ago, we would manually stop all BE related services and restart with no problem. However, this past week it would restart the services but sometime in the middle of the night it would stop and hence we have had no successful backup all week.

We are running Backup Exec 11D Rev 7170 with SP5. It is on a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition with SP2. This is also our Exchange 2003 Server Enterprise Edition with SP2.

I have an Enterprise Support Contact with Symantec, but getting anyone on the phone just to open a troubleticket nowadays is pretty darn near to impossible. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Call Enterprise Support and tell the rep. that its Very Critical Issue and create a 1D OR 1UP CASE for the same. You will be connected to a Tech. in next 15 minutes....
