BE 11d error - "device for directory is not ready" ?

This is an example of the errors in the job log.  2003 Cluster Server.  Any tips?  "See(ing) the job log" is no help.

Make sure you are making your cluster backup selections from the Virtual Node and not the actual physical nodes. See if this gets rid of the error
