Can you have two Backup Exec core licenses v.12.5 and 2010 installed on separate physical servers on the same network backing up to the same NAS?

Yes you can you use 2 different license of backupexec on seprate server but why you want to do that any specific reason for this?

As long as there are separate B2D folders/destinations on the same NAS for both media servers, it should be fine
