BE 12.5 & Domino 8.5.1

Is there any compatibility issues with installing a remote agent or backing up domino databases running Domino 8.5.1 with a BE server running 12.5?

With 12.5 we donot support Domino 8.5.1 please upgrade to BE 2010 r2 it is supported with that version
