Just in the last couple of days upgraded to BE 2010 R3 and now getting Backup Exec encounters an error establishing a trust with the remoter agent and fails to setup an SSL connections.
Found a article ID 54951 and did what it said and deleted the cert that was there for that particular remote agent on that server. I haven't had this issue with any of the other multiple server's that get backed up nightly. What it doesn't say in this same tech article is whether the backup next time is going to sit and wait for a user or operator intervention to install a new trusted cert, or whether it will automatically do it. Does anyone know of this and what the deal is. Thanks. This failure message I get happens to be on a clustered box. I wonder if that may have something to do with it. Thanks for any info anyone.
