BE 2010 - can't see local drives

when stating up BE2010 i get error "cannot fully reconsile changes since last session" and once in, I can't see any of my local drives. any ideas thx.

Check the Event viewer to see if there are any events generated when this error pops up. The error in the event viewer will give more detial information.

What is the exact software that you have installed?? Because this error does not seems to be of Backup Exec but more often is generated when Backup Exec System Recovery (BESR) is installed.

If you have BESR installed on the server then please refer to the following technotes to resolve the issue
