BE 2010 upgrade on the existing 12.5 DLO

Hi, is there a complete guide how to upgrade 2010 from 12.5 with DLO deployed? We have 200 users currently using DLO. I wish to confirm the upgrade will be stright forward
1. No conflict
2. All policies will be brought forward
3. no compatibility issue between  agent12.5 and BE 2010, hence we can go agent upgrade graduarly.
4. No other known issue.

Oh else is there document guide downloadable?

After you upgrade your BE DLO Media Server to 2010 you can publish the upgrade to your clients and they will automatically upgrade when they connect.

The clients can be upgraded by profile or all at once or individually.  The Backup Exec 12.5 DLO client will not have an issue backing up to a Backup Exec 2010 DLO server so you don't have to upgrade all clients at the same time, however it is recommended that you upgrade them as soon as you can.

I would recommend upgrading one or two first to ensure you are not having issues and then roll it out by profile.
