Software is BE 2010 R2.
Backup Exchange and SQL Server based on VMware.
Errors:
Backup- VMVCB::\\10.10.3.20\VCGuestVm\(DC)China, Xiamen(DC)\vm\cnxiaexc01 - Error. Cannot backup directory \zzzVirtApp000zzz and its subdirectories.
Backup- VMVCB::\\10.10.3.20\VCGuestVm\(DC)China, Xiamen(DC)\vm\cnxiasql01 V-79-57344-65247 - Error. Cannot backup directory \zzzVirtApp000zzz and its subdirectories.
Is there solution for it?

I would recommend to install BE 2010 R3 SP1, you can reuse your current license keys, in fact, you can do an inplace upgrade.
(Do you have an BE SQL & Exchange agent ?)

It could be you are facing these problems.

Install RAWS in these VM's and backup them up as if they are physcal machines.

I check the LiveUpdate. There are not updates anymore. The version of BE I used is Version 13.0 Rev. Yes I have installed the SQL&Exchange Agent on them.

LiveUpdate should just notify you of an upgrade...not download it for you as it's over 3GB in size.
Download the ISO here:https://www4.symantec.com/Vrt/offer?a_id=91523 .
Once done, grab a copy of the Data/Catalogs folders after stopping the BE services and then run the upgrade.
You can then run LiveUpdate to install BE 2010 R3 SP1, and then run LU again to install the latest patches. Do a push-install to your remote servers, and rerun the backup.
Thanks!
