BE_2012.ZIP invalid

Just purchased the upgrade to BE 2012 and have attempted 3 times to download BE_2012.ZIP (4.48GB).  In all 3 cases, Windows Explorer (WIN7) and even WINZIP 16 claim this ZIP file is in an invalid format.

Ideas?

Also tried to submit a technical support case for this but it demands a Technical Contact ID et al that I have never received.  Where would I get such an ID?  Does it come with the license package that I haven't yet got?

Can you try another internet connection ?
Probably your (corrupt) file is cached in a proxy.

Try downloading the BE 2012 installer from www.backupexec.com.  Check the trialware section.

Ive just clicked on this link as I was having the same problem. I logged in to download the trialware of BE2012 as pkh said, but the only difference was that this page said download the 2 zip files and the .cmd file into the same directory.

Once all 3 have downloaded run the .cmd file which puts the 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 files back into 1 huge zip file.

Hope that helps anyone else who ever has this issue.
