BE 9.1 - netware 6.5

 Hello I have a backup exec runnig on netware 6.5 and the jobs are just sitting on ready but will not run also the jobs were failing with media management error 24707 the specified slot range for the job is invalid please help.

 I am in the drive pools, and I hit enter and it says error 0x600a no media record?

 "slot range" suggests to me that you have an autoloader tape drive, rite.  If so, what make/model is it, and did you make sure it's supported on NW6.5?  What SP?

 Unload Backup Exec with bestop and then unload becdm.nlm. Now remove the MM directory under the BKUPEXEC directory and rerun bestart.

If that doesn't cure it, a server reboot should.
