BE Console Closes when I try to view robotic inventory report

I ran a job to inventory my 6 slot changer, it complete successfully. When I go to view the report, it starts to open the report viewer and then crashes (closes) the BE console. If I try to run the report from the command line, the job runs but there is no output.

Any ideas?

Hello,

Please check if there are any event ids generated in the Windows Event Viewer when Backup Exec console crashes.

Since when are you facing this problem?
