BE V-Ray - Best practice & Licensing

Hello everybody,

I search a backup solution for our environnment (virtual and physical server), I just see that Symantec have publish a new solution

BE V-Ray Edition.

And I'd like to know how to integrate this solution, and I don't find information I need.

Do you know if this solution can be install on a virtual machine or physical machine (we prefer virtual) ?

Our environment:   1 physical SBS 2011

                            1 Physical ESXI 5.1  (8 core)

                            3 Virtuals machines (Oracle, file serveur, ERP)

We want to backup all our serveurs on a Nas, I think for licensing we need:

   -> Backup Exec 2012 V-Ray Edition (+8 core)
   -> Agent "Backup Exec Small Business Edition Agent for Windows"
   -> Agent for Database (Oracle) ?
